10 Reasons why Exercise is Important

Exercise is a really important part of our lives and it is what keeps us happy, healthy and relaxed.
Exercise helps in all components in our lives as seen below:

  1. Exercise has long term benefits such as combating health conditions and disease
  2. It improves our mood and just helps us to breathe
  3. It makes you feel more confident about your looks
  4. It boosts energy when you feel low.
  5. During stressful times and exams it helps you to let go of stress. It gives you a moment to stop and breathe.
  6. It promotes a better and deeper sleep
  7. Exercise is fun and involves minimal brain power
  8. It gives you a great feeling when you are finished and makes you feel on top of the world
  9. Goals are often set and achieved doing physical activity
  10. YOU ARE IN CONTROL- you can choose what you want to do and when you want to do it.

Please remember even when it seems impossible you need to, believe, inspire, never give up, have a focus mindset and say YES to new opportunities.
